Drive high-impact business decisions by transforming complex analytics into actionable insights to optimize the digital customer journey and fuel demand generation and online sales
Partner with leaders across Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering to identify opportunities and guide data optimization initiatives
Design, test, and measure new ideas to enhance website experience and accelerate digital marketing performance using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SQL, and Tableau
Oversee and refine the integrity of Box’s data layer, troubleshoot and optimize data collection
Lead sophisticated analyses, champion data-informed decision-making, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable growth
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an analytics role
Significant experience with SQL
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
Experience with Adobe/Google analytics preferred and familiarity with website and digital marketing data
Experience with Adobe Target and digital experimentation tools
Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills; present complex findings to senior leaders
Ability to lead strategic conversations and work independently to uncover insights
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data collection and data layer integrity
Comfortable partnering with Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams
Expected to work from assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week
