Contribute to building and fostering data-driven decision-making in the company
Work with engineering and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and automate data pipelines and dashboards
Formulate business requirements into analytic solutions and define and build main metrics
Create dashboards to cover all aspects of the business and maintain regular reporting
Identify problems and opportunities through data analysis and assist teams in developing strategic solutions
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Finance teams to provide regular updates on the effectiveness of all marketing channels in the acquisition pipeline
Perform ad-hoc research and analysis tasks
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a Data Analytics role
Understanding of product and web-related metrics
Excellent SQL skills
Strong knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
Mathematical modelling skills
Experience in setting up and maintaining complex dashboards & regular reporting
Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau
Intermediate English, both written and spoken
Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Facebook Analytics) — would be a plus
Experience with event-based platforms (Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel) — would be a plus
Technical skills or ability to quickly learn analytical and tracking tools
Soft skills: superior analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to details; ability to extract meaning and suggest action steps from data provided
