About the role

  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to define metrics, measure performance, and interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments
  • Develop and maintain data models and queries to support reporting needs
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and quality checks
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field)
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with complex datasets
  • Experience building dashboards with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not required)
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiences
