About the role
- Monitor and report on business and project performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
- Develop KPI tracking and dashboards together with business leaders
- Highlight insights and bring new perspectives to decision-making
- Work with BI tools and data to strengthen reporting and analysis
- Support both sales and business operations
- Partner with business leadership and finance team
Requirements
- Relevant work experience (1–2 years) from a company’s finance organization or similar role
- Passion for working with data (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Eagerness to develop skills in SQL or DAX
- Some familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage – but not required
- A mindset to grow, take ownership, and challenge yourself
- "Hold my beer, I've got this - attitude"
- Fluency in Finnish and English
