Develops and maintains forecasting models based on sales data, plus other internal and external data
Continually assess effectiveness of the sales and clinical teams and support cross-functional partners (Marketing, Health Plan Solutions)
Propose creative solutions to address complex business challenges
Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and standardization
Conduct data analysis and develop reporting tools to identify business trends and report performance results across sales channels, product lines, payer groups
Review department metrics with leadership team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of business goals
Identify and track data to develop and refine business forecasting and product utilization models and predictive sales analytics
Design, produce and maintain reports and database systems for department management
Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, KPIs, and deliverables
Simultaneously manage multiple project/work assignments and analytical duties
Use statistical tools and data analysis to monitor performance and support decision-making
Learn and develop proficiency with Salesforce, Centricity and/or other programs used by the Commercial Team
Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of Sales, Marketing, and/or Project Management experience
Advance degree with 7+ Years Sales, Marketing, and/or Project Management experience
SQL experience
Tableau and Power BI Experience
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher)
Data Modeling and Forecasting Experience
Advanced technical skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior Medical Device or Pharma industry experience
Experience presenting data to leadership/executive level
Excellent attention to detail
Learn and develop proficiency with Salesforce, Centricity and/or other programs used by the Commercial Team
