Uncover insights by connecting diverse datasets: customer behaviors, transactional history, digital interactions, call transcripts, and financial metrics
Spearhead data-driven projects to eliminate customer obstacles and improve satisfaction and loyalty
Drive experimentation, personalization, and robust measurement strategies to evaluate business impact
Embed within an agile, interdisciplinary team (analytics, engineering, data science, marketing, product) to deliver multidisciplinary solutions
Translate complex business questions into testable hypotheses and validate them via data analysis and experimentation
Requirements
Over 5 years of proven experience in analytics, insights, and experimentation
10+ years of experience and deep expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
Experience with big data platforms like Snowflake and Athena
Skilled at identifying customer pain points and success drivers and translating complex data into clear strategic narratives
Experience designing and performing A/B tests and developing measurement strategies
Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and customer sentiment analysis
Ability to translate business questions into testable hypotheses and validate through experimentation
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with analytics, engineering, marketing, and product teams
Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
Experience in business transformation consulting is a strong plus

Leadership without authority; able to influence as an individual contributor
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or technical field (MBA or MS advantageous)
