About the role
- Oversee the daily operations of the UKG HRIS, ensuring system integrity and performance.
- Manage planning, development, testing, implementation, data management, customer reporting and user support for HRIS, including integrations.
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements, working closely with HRIS analysts.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HRIS modules.
- Manage and oversee integration of HR systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow.
- Develop and implement system policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, or automate workflows.
- Design and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to HR leadership.
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, optimizing systems and processes, and implementing new capabilities.
- Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and documentation for end users and internal teams.
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure HRIS complies with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.
- Conduct regular audits to assess system security and data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and optimizing the UKG HRIS platform, including system configuration, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and user support.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Preferred: Certification in HRIS or related systems.
- Preferred: Experience with system implementations and upgrades.
