About the role
- Own the HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity across platforms. Manage employee cycle, projects and work with cross-functional teams. Be available when needed for management and address employee sensitive matters. Oversee the employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, etc. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements. Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate employee data and transactions. Maintain and update employee records and personnel files. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for Leadership. Support HR policy implementation and process improvement initiatives. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support issue resolution. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and other departments for cross-functional HR projects. Manage vendor relationships for background checks, training systems, or benefits platforms. Manager SharePoint HR folders and update annual reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support. Strong knowledge of HR systems (Rippling Preferred). Familiarity with labor legislation and HR compliance standards. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HR analytics a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Works well independently and is detail oriented. Preferred: Experience working in multinational or fast-paced environments. Some knowledge of payroll administration is a plus but not mandatory.
