About the role

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding to ensure positive and seamless employee experiences.
  • Be a trusted partner for employees by responding to HR-related questions with empathy and accuracy.
  • Maintain and continuously improve HR process documentation, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Partner with the HR team to streamline processes and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency.
  • Support core HR programs such as performance management, benefits enrollment, engagement surveys, and training.
  • Collaborate on HR communications and events that strengthen employee connection and culture.
  • Maintain and enhance the HR intranet, ensuring employees and managers have access to helpful resources.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights that inform HR initiatives and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, working closely with vendors as needed.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including configurations, audits, and annual enrollment.
  • Assist in developing benefit communications and educational resources for employees and managers.
  • Support compensation initiatives, including survey submissions, job evaluations, role benchmarking, and market research to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reporting for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Support monthly compliance actions and contribute to continuous improvement in data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HR operations, benefits, and/or total rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across levels.
  • Experience implementing and administering HR systems or programs that improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a balance of independence and collaboration.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
