About the role

  • Handle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the performance review process and assist with performance improvement initiatives.
  • Administer employee leave, benefits, and welfare programs.
  • Handle the office upkeep, liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure the workplace is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Handle the HR systems, assisting with compiling of payroll information, and maintaining accurate records for day-to-day operations.
  • Support the Company operations through administrative task and coordination of internal events.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by the senior management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two to three years experience in an HR admin or similar HR role (experience in Malta is a plus).
  • Good understanding of HR best practices, labour law compliance, and employee relations.
  • Good knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, training, benefits, and performance management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively.
  • Good coordination, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HR systems and tools.
