• Articulate a clear experience strategy and user-centered approach grounded in discovery outputs, research, business, and audience needs

Lead UX Designer

Ecommerce

• Function as the lead team member for clients' active eCommerce business
• Serve as an expert on eCommerce best practices and industry trends to guide business opportunities for expansion and evolution
• Lead solutions and propose recommendations leveraging knowledge of eCommerce technology including platforms, platform extensions, marketplaces, etc.
• Partner with Growth teams and participate in pre-sales, project discovery and delivery activities
