About the role
- Lead enterprise IT operations, endpoint engineering, and information security initiatives to ensure secure, reliable, high-performing systems
- Oversee IT Operations & Engineering team responsible for internal DevOps, endpoints (Windows, macOS, virtual/physical), and enterprise platform integrations
- Serve as primary escalation point for DevOps account issues and service requests; collaborate with business units to triage and resolve problems
- Support project setups, deployments, and infrastructure verification following internal best practices
- Continuously monitor automated alert systems, triaging events and ensuring proactive resolution
- Oversee design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Windows and macOS environments (physical and virtual)
- Provide reporting and updates to leadership on OS upgrades, migrations, and patch deployments through MDM tools (Intune, Kandji)
- Ensure endpoint environments and applications remain secure, reliable, and compliant with enterprise standards
- Partner with Supplier Risk Management, Cyber Defense, and Application Security teams to resolve operational and security-related issues
- Promote and enforce information security best practices, identify and report security risks, and ensure data protection measures comply with GDPR/CCPA
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, DevOps, endpoint engineering, and enterprise platform management, with proven leadership experience
- Certifications in relevant MDM platforms (Intune, Kandji, or equivalent)
- Expertise in endpoint management across Windows and macOS environments, including automation workflows and enterprise-scale deployments
- Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and security technologies
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and infrastructure-as-code automation concepts
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
