Articulate a clear experience strategy and user-centered approach grounded in discovery outputs, research, business, and audience needs
Facilitate discovery activities (workshops, stakeholder interviews, user research, heuristic reviews, audits, competitive reviews) and lead creation of deliverables (personas, journeys, user flows, service blueprints, process flows, use case diagrams, wireframes, prototypes)
Plan and conduct appropriate user testing methodologies (usability testing, card sorting, content testing, preference testing)
Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure people with disabilities can access and effectively utilize websites & products
Present and articulate design solutions, rationale, and research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level UX designers; provide constructive feedback and foster design excellence
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects
Contribute to new business development by participating in client pitches, crafting proposals, and representing the company's UX capabilities
Promote and enforce information security practices, identify and report security risks, and ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle
Requirements
5-8 years of experience as a UX professional, with 2+ years at a digital-first agency or consultancy required
A strong background in human factors, information architecture, and user-centered design methodology
Proven experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and presenting work to clients
Expertise with responsive and mobile design, design systems, and accessibility best practices
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
Effective communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff
Proficiency in Figma, Usability Testing Tools (i.e.Userlytics, Optimal Workshop), and Microsoft Office
A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX projects, including research, strategy, wireframes, information architecture, and user flows
Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Identify, assess, and report security risks; promote awareness of key information security practices
