In our Global Employment model, Boldr manages the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding to coordinating appraisals, while Clients act as the operating managers of Team Members. Support the Senior Manager, GE Operations to ensure Team Members receive HR and payroll-related support and manage client-related communications. Assist in monthly probation performance reviews and uploading documentation to BambooHR. Provide administrative support for timekeeping, leaves, procurement, and internal approvals. Coordinate with PX, IT, and Office Ops for onboarding logistics, access provisioning, and equipment allocation. Act as initial point of contact for Team Members; handle questions, concerns, and escalations and direct to appropriate departments. Support planning and execution of meetings, engagement activities, training, and recognition programs; track tenure milestones. Collaborate to refine performance evaluation frameworks, identify process improvements, and automate HR-related processes. Maintain PX documentation libraries and trackers and prepare core PX reports and updates. Assist Clients with onboarding, liaise to understand HR needs, and support country-specific requirements (probation extensions, offboarding, holiday calendars, benefits updates). Collaborate on salary appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary actions ensuring alignment with Boldr processes and local labor laws.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related field you’re passionate about! Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR or Finance operations, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity. Advanced capability in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets. Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and oral. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of the organization. Working knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, Sprout), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and billing platforms (e.g., Xero) is a plus. Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple countries is an advantage.
