- Drive quality and adherence to best practice in the end-to-end design and implementation of systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders, as well as clients, to develop solutions that drive revenue, client satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Develop and execute group-wide business plans and participate in firm-wide initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts, handling escalations effectively.
- Drive recruitment, development, and retention of diverse talent, fostering an inclusive culture that supports professional growth and wellbeing.
- Manage operating budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure financial discipline within the approved plans.
- Motivate and mentor team members to maximize their contributions and support their career development.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
- 15+ years of experience in systems analysis, program development, and technology leadership.
- Minimum of 6-8 years managing development project teams, preferably in complex, global environments.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated commitment to agile and inclusive engineering culture.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus.
