The Global Talent Development Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the refreshed Dentons’ Global Talent Strategy.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, creating and executing high-impact learning and development strategies that directly support Dentons’ global talent agenda across the law firms. It is responsible for driving firm-wide capability building by partnering with senior leaders, designing innovative and future-focused learning and development programmes, and leading strategic talent initiatives that align with the firm’s evolving business priorities and growth ambitions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement high impact, best in its class learning and development programmes ensuring scalability and regional relevance, strategically aligned.
Engage with senior leaders across the regions to understand talent needs and influence strategic priorities.
Independently manage end-to-end talent projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across regions.
Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent, innovative programs across the regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural nuances.
Design and execute global talent initiatives, strategically aligned and tailored to the regions.
Work closely with talent colleagues and key stakeholders across regions to drive alignment, share best practices, and embed a unified talent culture across the firm.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field is required.
A postgraduate qualification (e.g. Master’s in HR, Organisational Development) is preferred.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in strategic HR, learning and development, or organisational effectiveness, ideally within a global or matrixed organisation.
Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programmes across multiple countries.
Experience managing global talent projects and talent development initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership across regions.
Expertise in learning design and development.
Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, learning analytics, and HR technologies.
Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement in talent development operations.
