About the role
- Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Bloomreach’s platform and partner ecosystem
- Ensure customers and prospects understand how Bloomreach’s data foundation, AI capabilities, integrations, and tech partnerships differentiate us
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and ISV teams to articulate platform and partner value
- Lead development of platform messaging and content (decks, briefs, technical one-pagers, demo scripts) to drive growth
- Collaborate with partners to build ‘better together’ stories and create co-selling opportunities and ecosystem fit
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of PMMs across platform and partner-aligned roles; set priorities, goals, and development plans
- Serve as a senior voice within the marketing and product org, shaping overall strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Strong storytelling ability; simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Proven experience with big launch events (strategy, messaging, orchestration across campaigns, events, partners, analysts, customer-facing teams)
- 10+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy roles
- At least 2 years in a people leadership capacity
- Proven experience positioning personalization/data/AI-driven products to both technical and executive audiences
- Familiarity with CDP, data warehouses, APIs, integrations, and the role of AI in personalization and automation
- Familiarity with partner marketing and enablement; crafting compelling better together stories
- Strong cross-functional leadership and experience influencing Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives
