About the role

  • Launch Arkham’s U.S. commercial expansion as the first U.S. SDR
  • Research target accounts and prioritize prospects using GTM tools and market mapping
  • Build tailored outreach campaigns and run targeted outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Engage executives, conduct discovery conversations, and articulate Arkham’s value proposition
  • Manage inbound marketing generated leads and conduct discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and secure first meetings for the commercial team
  • Partner with leadership to design messaging and outreach sequences for CEOs, CXOs, and VPs with P&L ownership
  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Commercial Leads to align outreach with case studies and use cases
  • Help define and refine outbound playbooks and processes as we expand in the U.S.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured outbound efforts (email, LinkedIn, calls). Responding to inbound marketing generated leads
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, Data and the future of smart operations. Alignment with our mission
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by building a pipeline from scratch
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—excited by ambiguity and opportunity in a founding role
