About the role
- Partner closely with CRO and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align GTM execution with strategy
- Design and optimize processes to improve AE and SDR productivity from lead engagement through closed-won
- Build and maintain real-time, dynamically updated target lists and refine territories, account assignments, and outreach strategies
- Drive scalable processes across AE and SDR organizations and oversee Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement
- Lead revenue analytics and forecasting in collaboration with the Data team; own RevOps tech stack and incorporate AI
- Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency in revenue reporting
- Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership and HR on compensation strategy and incentive plan design
- Lead change management, tool adoption, and recruit/develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team
Requirements
- 10+ years leading Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and GTM optimization in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record of scaling revenue operations and driving alignment across all GTM functions
- Deep expertise in structuring and optimizing AE and SDR teams to maximize productivity and performance
- Strong background managing sales support functions, including Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement
- Advanced proficiency in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and delivering actionable insights through data and analytics
- Hands-on experience with RevOps platforms, including HubSpot and AI-driven technologies
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
