• Drive New Sales team performance and revenue impact in tandem with the existing Account Executive Program Manager by ensuring sellers have the skills, confidence, knowledge, and resources to execute effectively.
• Design, deliver, and iterate on enablement programs and training—both 1:1 and group—while maintaining accurate, accessible sales processes and high-impact communications.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from contract initiation to billing and renewal options.
• Be part of the team that becomes the subject matter expert on all things downgrades, cancellations and renewals and process them in the billing system
