About the role
- Identify and qualify upsell opportunities through a mix of high-volume inbound response and targeted outbound prospecting.
- Execute 40–50 outbound calls per day alongside a rigorous email cadence to meet productivity targets.
- Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries and re-engage past prospects to schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.
- Use Salesforce and Outreach to meticulously manage leads, track progress, and maintain a clean pipeline.
- Continually learn about our SaaS solutions and the nonprofit sector to effectively communicate value and solve customer problems.
Requirements
- You possess a competitive drive and the self-discipline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- You have a clear desire to develop a career in technology sales and the drive to advance into a quota-carrying role.
- You are highly detail-oriented and can master new processes and CRM workflows quickly.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills with the ability to engage leads and qualify them based on readiness to buy.
- You are open to change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess the "roll up your sleeves" attitude of a team player.
- While 1+ years of lead generation or inside sales is a plus, your hunger to learn and solve problems is what matters most.
