About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of Engagement Managers supporting partner accounts.
- Manage day-to-day operations and align partner engagement strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, acting as liaison to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partners to set objectives, plan timelines, and review achievements.
- Manage a mid-size portfolio of customers, including onboarding, education, and Customer Business Reviews.
- Serve as a player/coach, handling direct customer involvement on select partnerships.
- Develop tactical plans, recommend policy/process changes, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Manage travel and expense budgets and ensure timely completion of timesheets, expenses, and CRM updates.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Threat Analytics and Solution Engineering to drive product utilization.
Requirements

- Ability to assess the business impact of decisions and manage budgets effectively.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Engagement Management, Project Management, or Customer Success.
- Experience managing partner relationships (highly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving customer outcomes.
