Operate within a high-touch partner engagement model - fostering deep and strategic relationships.
Lead business meetings with partners to align on strategic vision and future opportunities for Kneat Gx within their organizations.
Manage internal and external resources, working closely with technical teams to support partner success.
Leverage data and analytics to evaluate partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in the partner program.
Requirements
5–7 years of progressive and consistent experience in partner management, demonstrating growth in responsibility, scope, and impact across roles.
Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
Commercial acumen with experiencing working with Sales teams.
Demonstrated project management skills including coordination of cross functional teams and timelines.
Experience working in process and metric driven environments.
