  • You will become a specialist advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns in the Israel region with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business, working alongside companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment.
  • You will be part of the team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the Israel online marketing environment.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible.
  • Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
  • Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
  • Target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets.
  • Understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match Product solutions and marketing strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting leads from SMB companies into loyal customers.
  • Convert SMB leads into strategic deals by guiding clients through the sales process and setting them up for successful launch of their first Google Ads campaigns.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Language Skills: C2 level of French and C1 level of English
  • 16 months Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
  • Able to support deal closing by understanding client needs and aligning them with available solutions.
  • Works independently on routine tasks and seeks support when needed.
  • CRM Experience: has used CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Familiar with AI tools and open to using them to improve communication and outreach.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in most professional situations.
  • Works well in environments with clear goals and team collaboration.
  • Comfortable giving presentations and writing professional messages.
  • Shows initiative and a constructive attitude in daily work.
  • Can work independently while staying connected with the team.
  • Understands business concepts and supports team goals.
  • Keeps customer needs in mind and aims to provide a good experience
