• Fuel pipeline growth: You’ll proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent, creative outbound strategies and by leveraging your professional network.

• Master WorkMotion’s global hiring solutions: You’ll articulate our unique value propositions, with compliance at the core, and show prospects why WorkMotion is the partner of choice for borderless hiring.
• Collaborate for success: You’ll work closely with Sales Campaign Managers, BDRs, your Team Lead, Customer Success, and Marketing to gain a deeper understanding of the market, ensure every new client experiences a smooth transition and immediate value realization, and continuously refine your sales approach.
