About the role
- Lead cross-functional strategy and execution for transformation engagements.
- Develop AI adoption roadmaps aligned with customer priorities.
- Redesign workflows with embedded AI for high-impact use cases.
- Deliver targeted content and offers through 1:1 and 1:Many formats.
- Guide change management using Kotter or ADKAR frameworks.
- Track and report business outcomes (efficiency, growth, experience).
- Advocate for product enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Lead executive readouts and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Calix platform, GTM strategy, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with consulting partners to optimize customer results.
- Represent Calix at industry events.
Requirements
- 15+ years in consulting and program management.
- Experience in telecommunications/broadband and adult learning.
- Strong understanding of AI, data governance, and compliance.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Skilled in translating technical concepts into business language.
- Effective communicator across all organizational levels.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and change leadership.
- Strong project management and attention to detail.
- Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Travel Expectation ~40%.
