  • Drive the adoption of STEM education methodologies across schools and communities.
  • Ensure program impact is measured effectively.
  • Oversee grant processes and manage the regional budget.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain financial transparency.
  • Monitor and improve program execution to enhance beneficiary outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control measures and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement monitoring & evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
  • Manage logistics and procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Lead and manage a large team of educators and facilitators in STEM education.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to ensure appropriate training programs are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and assist in audits.
  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Benchmark best practices and share knowledge to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Science, Electronics, or Information Technology.
  • 12-18 years in operations management, particularly with educational tools, STEM, and digital education programs.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing large teams, implementing educational technology, and leading non-profit programs.
  • Expertise in Educational Technology: Technical knowledge in the field of educational technology and innovation.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and making informed decisions.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate trends and integrate them into strategies.
  • Team Building: Skilled in scaling up organizations and empowering teams.
  • Action-Oriented: Results-driven with the ability to overcome challenges.
