• Promote ongoing professional growth and instructional quality through reflective practices and targeted professional development through internal and external means.
• Oversee the use of digital infrastructure, educational technology, AI agents, and data systems to optimize learning and measure impact.
• Ensure academic integrity, student safeguarding, and adherence to relevant regulatory and privacy frameworks.
• Guide a comprehensive college-counseling process including SAT/AP prep, career exposure, and global internship opportunities.

Administration

• Oversee daily campus operations including facilities, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Ensure classrooms, labs, dining spaces are functional and clean; supervise vendors and contractors.
