Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the organization's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media content calendars
  • Conceptualize platform-native content formats
  • Publish, schedule, and manage content across channels
  • Conceptualize, shoot (where required), and edit short-form video content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media studies, design, or related field
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in social media management, digital communications, or content creation, preferably in the social impact space.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube
  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of social media analytics tools, native platform dashboards, and/or third-party tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Zoho, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, for website content management and updates
