Oversee cross-border finance execution across legal entities in Estonia, UK, Turkey, and Singapore — accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, and compliance.
Manage global legal operations and governance in collaboration with external counsel; own contract workflows, corporate compliance, and risk management.
Lead and scale deal desk to accelerate revenue with structured pricing, contract standardization, and quote-to-close execution.
Deliver fast, actionable insight across GTM, product, and R&D through integrated dashboards and modern FP&A practices.
Support fundraising, board reporting, and due diligence with narratives and metrics.
Work directly with CEO, COO, executive team, and board to shape financial strategy and execution.
Requirements
Proven leadership in finance roles at high-growth SaaS startups (Series A–C preferred).
Proven track record building lean, automated finance ops and systems from the ground up.
Strong understanding of multi-entity, cross-border finance operations and reporting.
Exposure to legal oversight (e.g. sales contracts) with confidence managing counsel and legal workflows.
Experience leading or supporting deal desk and revenue operations.
Track record partnering with VCs and supporting fundraising or due diligence processes.
CPA, ACA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Expertise in financial modelling, planning, and analysis.
Command of accounting standards, deal structuring, and global compliance environments.
Strong commercial judgement and operational agility.
Strong command of SaaS metrics, revenue ops, and financial modelling.
