Financial Planning and Analysis

• Define and own financial roadmap, including forecasting, scenario planning, unit economics, and capital efficiency.
• Build and lead a modern finance and legal ops team focused on automation and high performance.
• Streamline and scale finance operations using automation, AI-powered tooling, and real-time analytics.
• Oversee cross-border finance execution across legal entities in Estonia, UK, Turkey, and Singapore — accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, and compliance.
• Manage global legal operations and governance in collaboration with external counsel; own contract workflows, corporate compliance, and risk management.
• Lead and scale deal desk to accelerate revenue with structured pricing, contract standardization, and quote-to-close execution.
• Deliver fast, actionable insight across GTM, product, and R&D through integrated dashboards and modern FP&A practices.
• Support fundraising, board reporting, and due diligence with narratives and metrics.
• Work directly with CEO, COO, executive team, and board to shape financial strategy and execution.
