About the role
- Lead full-cycle executive searches from strategy through close, with a focus on quality, speed, and experience
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to assess capability, motivation, and cultural alignment
- Shape and execute executive recruiting strategies that align with SentinelOne’s business priorities and long-term vision; influence how we think about leadership talent
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and executive leaders, providing insights on talent market dynamics, organizational design implications, and long-term hiring plans
- Navigate complex negotiations and serve as a coach and facilitator throughout the hiring journey
- Build and nurture executive talent pipelines through proactive outreach and relationship-building
- Collaborate with partners in People, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on compensation and business needs
- Represent SentinelOne externally as a brand ambassador in all candidate interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve the executive hiring experience and lead projects that drive innovation in recruiting systems, tools, or processes
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in recruiting, including 5+ years managing executive-level searches in high-growth technology or enterprise software environments
- Must have in-house executive recruiting experience; additional executive search agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven success partnering with founders, C-suite, and executive teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact projects or initiatives across functions or geographies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders; strong focus on brevity, clarity, and impact
- Strong command of sourcing technology and data-driven recruitment strategies; familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and Greenhouse
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
- High integrity and discretion, with a commitment to business and candidate confidentiality
