Customer Success Manager

• Work directly with a portfolio of customers to define success and drive adoption and value
• Help our customers identify, frame and realize value out of using Billtrust
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and objectives to ensure that the Billtrust platform is properly leveraged to achieve them
• Assist customers in driving user adoption and change management within their organization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all key customer stakeholders

• Manage and grow relationships within an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts, driving expansion and increased product adoption across departments and locations.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Procurement to align Billtrust solutions with initiatives like process automation, cost savings, and improved cash flow.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and demos that reflect the customer’s industry, pain points, and growth plans.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Marketing to ensure value realization and exceptional service.
• Develop and execute account plans that align Billtrust capabilities to customer goals and evolving business needs.
• Understand the customer’s operational environment, including their ERP systems, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Share customer insights with internal teams to help inform product strategy and service delivery enhancements.

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities related to Billtrust products and Payment Programs, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization
• Promote an increase in departmental productivity and efficiency, effectiveness, and overall profitability through vendor relationships, internal coordination, active monitoring of team activities, and continuous process improvement
• Drive innovation and appropriate use of new technologies, fintech/banking partners, and/or internal platforms to ensure best in class operations in payment services for customers, partners, as well as potential new revenue-generating opportunities
• Architect and execute operational transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce manual processes, and drive straight-through processing rates across all payment types.

• Develop and execute paid media strategies, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance, managing retargeting programs, and ensuring alignment with the buyer journey.
• Manage paid digital programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Demandbase, and G2, focusing on spend efficiency, performance, and measurable ROI.
• Execute and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical and on-page optimization (metadata, content, site tags), using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Own end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly invoices across multiple billing models.

• Research and resolve complex billing discrepancies by reconciling customer data, contracts, and internal records.
• Process contract-driven changes such as adjustments, credits, rebills, and cancellations.
