• Own end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of monthly invoices across multiple billing models.
• Manage and respond to billing inquiries via the shared inbox, reducing response time and backlog.
• Research and resolve complex billing discrepancies by reconciling customer data, contracts, and internal records.
• Process contract-driven changes such as adjustments, credits, rebills, and cancellations.
• Review contracts and order forms to translate terms into appropriate billing actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the onboarding and billing of new customer agreements.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity within billing systems; escalate systemic issues as needed.
