Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in product management, applied AI, or a related field
Demonstrated experience setting AI strategy and driving AI-first transformation at scale
Deep understanding of machine learning, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing applied AI product teams in a fast-moving enterprise SaaS or fintech environment
Fluency in FinTech data
Executive presence and communication skills that inspire confidence
