About the role Research and identify potential customers who could benefit from re:Members software Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with prospects and introduce them to re:Members solutions. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential fit with re:Members offerings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and communications in the CRM system. Drive growth and industry impact by supporting re:Members products for non-profit member-based organizations. Requirements 1+ years of experience in a sales role including prospecting for new customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers. Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement tools (ex: Gong), and social media platforms (ex: LinkedIn) for outreach.
