About the role
- BlinkOps is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting up successful sales engagements.
- Focus on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), nurturing them, and booking meetings with key decision-makers.
- Work with account executives, marketing, and product teams to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
- Responsibilities include inbound lead management, lead nurturing, outbound engagement as needed, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigns to supplement opportunities; stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a BDR in a B2B SaaS company, preferably within the security industry.
- Proven track record of success in a similar BDR or sales role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) – Required.
- Proven track record of success in inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
- Understanding of the security landscape, including key challenges and solutions relevant to our target market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong desire and ability to achieve targets.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., MixMax, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with the US market and collaborating across global teams.
- Advantage - Proven ability to initiate and manage strategic outreach to senior level decision-makers (CISO, CIO, VP/Director Level) and identify key stakeholders across complex buying commitees.
