About the role
- Assigned to work with enterprise customers, driving solution deployment and customer roll-out success of BigID implementation projects
- Work closely with client stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, business requirements, and timelines
- Plan implementation engagements and deployment efforts while managing client expectations
- Engage with multidisciplinary internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout and integration within customers’ environments
- Prioritize project tasks and communicate project status, updates, and changes internally and externally
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Create customized diagrams, documentation, or process run books meeting specific customer business requirements
- Work closely with Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams to document product issues and enhancement requests and update customer-specific documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience within the Information Technology/ SaaS space
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise software implementation and/or hands-on technical activities within enterprise environments
- Client-facing senior project manager experience working with enterprise customers
- Self-starter
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with other privacy, data or security products
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight
