About the role
- Drive Agile delivery and foster a culture of focus, continuous improvement, and collaboration within cross-functional engineering squads
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure consistent team progress across 3–5 cross-functional squads
- Identify and remove delivery blockers, clarify sprint priorities, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and DevOps to ensure seamless coordination on scope, timelines, and dependencies
- Ensure sprint success using Agile tools such as Jira
- Key 90-day deliverables: establish sprint rhythm, deliver 3–5 sprints successfully, and maintain an aligned, prioritized team backlog
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Jira (strong experience required)
- Agile/Scrum Delivery - 4+ years
- Proven track record leading Agile teams, running Scrum ceremonies, and coaching teams to adopt agile best practices
- Team facilitation and coaching experience with cross-functional teams
- Experience promoting team ownership and guiding team members through agile principles
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD workflows (nice-to-have)
- Experience with cybersecurity products (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g., SAFe) (nice-to-have)
- Remote team facilitation & async communication (tools like Slack, Confluence, Miro) (nice-to-have)
- Working knowledge of agile metrics (velocity, throughput) and continuous improvement (nice-to-have)
- Highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure, empathetic collaborator with emotional intelligence
