About the role
- Serve as a key leader delivering high-quality coaching at the enterprise level and guiding agile transformation journeys.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and ensure effective implementation of agile practices.
- Help teams adopt agile methodologies, foster collaboration, and enhance delivery capabilities while aligning with strategic business goals.
- Provide mentorship, facilitate workshops and training sessions, and cultivate an agile mindset throughout the organization.
- Coach and mentor leaders, teams, and individuals on agile frameworks, practices, and principles.
- Work with leadership to identify barriers to agility and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Monitor and assess organizational agility and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation across teams and departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, preferably at an enterprise level, with a track record of successful agile transformations.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
