• Lead multiple Agile teams as part of a distributed, multi-team Agile release cycle.
• Serve as an Agile Coach, guiding teams and individuals in adopting Agile mindsets and practices.
• Imbedding cultural and process changes into the business by education and leading by example
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams through continuous improvement cycles and build a culture of high performance and self-management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Plan and guide team deliverables to ensure consistent and predictable outcomes.
• Promote collaboration and clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments that block progress.
• Collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters and stakeholders to align practices, share insights, and drive continuous Agile process improvements across the organization.
• Monitor team performance metrics, manage escalations, and oversee defect resolution to ensure effective delivery and sustained team performance.
