• Own customer outcomes and ensure each customer receives value from Cyara’s solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Understand the value of Cyara to the customer and be able to articulate that through measurable ROI back to key stakeholders and executives
• Negotiate long-term renewals with keen attention to detail and with secured revenue uplift
• Act as a program manager throughout the entire customer journey including professional services engagements
• Understand the customer pain points and strategic objectives and how they can be solved with Cyara’s technology

Senior Customer Success Manager

Data Analyst

• Own End-to-End GTM Analytics: Be the primary owner for all GTM KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clear definitions across all GTM functions.
• Design, build, and maintain standard GTM metrics, reports, and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards within our primary BI tool. Ensure dashboards are reliable, up-to-date, and visually effective for consumption by executives and GTM leadership.
• Fulfill custom, deep-dive ad hoc analytics requests from GTM leadership to investigate performance drivers, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making (e.g., pipeline analysis, campaign ROI, churn drivers).
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce data as the primary source for GTM reporting.

• Develop and implement a strategic communications plan with clear objectives aligned to Cyara’s business goals and key performance indicators for external and internal communications.
• Establish standardized communication protocols across departments, ensuring consistency in messaging, style, and cadence.
• Manage public relations agency to draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials, ensuring they adhere to pre-established protocols and deliverables.
• Manage and grow Cyara’s social media presence by setting measurable goals for reach, engagement, and follower growth on relevant platforms.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for industry awards and recognition, with specific targets for earned media and coverage in key publications.
• Oversee and execute internal communications, with an emphasis on defining communication processes for executive messaging, company updates, and team alignment.
