Customer Success Manager

• Own customer outcomes and ensure each customer receives value from Cyara’s solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Understand the value of Cyara to the customer and be able to articulate that through measurable ROI back to key stakeholders and executives
• Negotiate long-term renewals with keen attention to detail and with secured revenue uplift
• Act as a program manager throughout the entire customer journey including professional services engagements
• Understand the customer pain points and strategic objectives and how they can be solved with Cyara’s technology

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on net new business acquisition.

Account Manager

• Developing and managing key strategic partners that drive consistent and predictable channel bookings
• Creating GTM partner strategies that promote Cyara’s Platform through, with, and for these strategic partners
• Adapting approach to partner programs, and working closely with each regional sales AVPs to align on territory-based partner strategy, resources, and execution
• Establishing a vision and plan to guide long-term partner pipeline generation through sales closure
• Consistently delivering partner revenue targets and developing a comprehensive plan for achieving assigned quotas within a fiscal period

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospective customers' business challenges and technical requirements, aligning them with Cyara solutions.
• Develop and present customized demonstrations of Cyara's platform, highlighting its value in improving CX testing and monitoring.
• Architect and propose solutions that integrate Cyara's platform with customers' existing technology stacks, ensuring seamless operation and optimization of their CX strategies.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss potential solutions, and provide expert advice on Cyara's capabilities.
• Respond to technical queries and concerns during the sales process, ensuring customers' and prospects' technical requirements are addressed effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in CX technologies, Cyara platform updates, and industry best practices to provide insightful recommendations to customers.
• Facilitate smooth transition of new customers to the implementation team, ensuring clear communication of the proposed solutions and customer expectations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, case studies, and other materials to enhance the pre-sales process and highlight the value of Cyara solutions.

• Lead multiple Agile teams as part of a distributed, multi-team Agile release cycle.
• Serve as an Agile Coach, guiding teams and individuals in adopting Agile mindsets and practices.
• Imbedding cultural and process changes into the business by education and leading by example
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
