About the role

  • DeleteMe is the leader in proactive privacy protection helping organizations remove exposed personal data (PII) from the open web.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and strategic business partner to optimize accounts around DeleteMe’s product.
  • Drive retention, manage renewals, reduce churn, and assist with billing and subscription updates.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Account Executives for upsells, contracts, invoices, and offboarding.
  • Engage in project management, account management, product/feature deployments, feedback loops, and customer growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Ability to engage with external customers alongside the account team.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Extensive experience with customer-facing roles.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
