About the role
- Own market planning and site sourcing strategy to support multi-state footprint
- Lead broker relationships, site tours, due diligence, and real estate negotiations
- Drive LOI and lease negotiation process in collaboration with legal and finance
- Analyze market data, competitive positioning, and cost/benefit for each deal
- Develop strategic geographic ranking models using internal and external data
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of buildouts and renovations
- Establish scalable, repeatable standards for clinic design and layout
- Partner with clinical, intake, and operations to align build specifications
- Oversee facilities management, lease obligations, renewals, and capital projects
- Facilitate repairs and coordination with landlords
- Partner with Finance to analyze occupancy costs, TI amortization, and capex ROI
- Drive continuous improvement in expansion processes and vendor performance
- Drive cost efficiencies across real estate and facilities
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in real estate development
- Proven success in multi-site growth in healthcare, retail, education, or similar
- Deep understanding of lease negotiation, site selection, and buildout delivery
- Financial acumen; able to model cost, ROI, and lease implications
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling organization where urgency and quality matter
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
- Preferred: Familiarity with national leasing standards and regional construction codes
- Preferred: Familiarity with Buxton or similar data sources
