About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive direct mail strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative development, print production, postage, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurement, and consistent brand messaging
  • Manage and support the professional growth and development of one direct report
  • Integrate direct mail execution into broader marketing strategy, optimizing frequency and creative selection within omnichannel top and mid-funnel campaigns
  • Organize monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize spend and improve ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on copy, creative, formats, and list segments to refine strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in direct mail and offline marketing
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and list brokers
  • Manage and optimize budgets for all assigned direct mail campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on direct mail
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing direct mail campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K+
  • Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and awareness through direct mail
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to direct mail marketing
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and direct mail tracking tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with internal analytics teams to develop direct mail targeting & tactics
  • Prior people management experience
  • Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the listed US states
