About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive direct mail strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative development, print production, postage, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurement, and consistent brand messaging
- Manage and support the professional growth and development of one direct report
- Integrate direct mail execution into broader marketing strategy, optimizing frequency and creative selection within omnichannel top and mid-funnel campaigns
- Organize monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize spend and improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on copy, creative, formats, and list segments to refine strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in direct mail and offline marketing
- Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and list brokers
- Manage and optimize budgets for all assigned direct mail campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on direct mail
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing direct mail campaigns for customer acquisition and retention
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $500K+
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and awareness through direct mail
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to direct mail marketing
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and direct mail tracking tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience working with internal analytics teams to develop direct mail targeting & tactics
- Prior people management experience
- Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the listed US states
