- Develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels (email, live events, digital platforms, executive forums) with quality and consistency that earns credibility.
- Equip managers and frontline leaders with toolkits, talking points, and coaching to act as multipliers of change.
- Sense and adapt in real time—establish listening loops and use insights to refine messaging and interventions.
- Integrate with cross-functional teammates to ensure strategy, comms, and data insights reinforce one another.
- Balance spikes in intensity—owning launch campaigns and events while planning for sustainable delivery across the adoption journey.
Requirements
- Deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting.
- Proven communications expertise, from strategy to storytelling to polished execution across multiple formats and channels.
- Multi-disciplinary skillset that spans change, comms, and experience design—you can think like a consultant and deliver like a marketer.
- Creative and tactical chops, with an eye for quality in copy, visuals, and user experience.
- Resilience and adaptability in managing intense launch cycles and quieter sustain phases without burning out.
- A builder’s mindset—you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy writing the playbook, and don’t need a big team to get started.
- Enterprise client experience, ideally in large-scale, global organizations where complexity is the norm.
