About the role
- The Partner Success Manager sits on the Client Success Partnerships team, the central engine for driving value and growth within Headspace's B2B partner ecosystem.
- Manages a portfolio of direct clients and their end-to-end lifecycle, including renewals and value reporting.
- Leads successful client roll-outs with Implementation Managers for a seamless launch.
- Later evolves into a trusted day-to-day partner contact for reseller and aggregator partners.
- Supports partners with day-to-day needs, providing materials and answering questions.
- Tracks performance and flags opportunities for additional engagement.
- Shares partner feedback with internal teams to improve product and service experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Partner Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management.
- Direct experience managing a book of business, including responsibility for client renewals, retention, or identifying expansion opportunities.
- A strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow, with an enthusiasm for mastering new skills and growing into a role that supports partner engagement and relationship coordination.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead client meetings and translate data into a compelling story about value and performance.
- An empathetic, positive attitude and a desire to act as a trusted advisor for both clients and, eventually, partners.
- Experience acting as a liaison between external clients or stakeholders and internal teams, with an ability to coordinate and drive outcomes collaboratively.
