Project Manager

• Act as beqom’s primary interface to each customer during implementation and go-live.
• Ensure projects are managed and delivered according to agreed scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage proactive change control with customers and partners, ensuring all work is confirmed in advance and appropriately scoped.
• Work with Architects and wider stakeholders to ensure the scope for each project or change is clearly understood and documented.
• Manage the quality and cost of delivery, and actively manage resource performance.
• Proactively identify and manage dependencies, constraints, risks, and limitations likely to affect project success.
• Create detailed project-level plans, resource projections, budgets, and RAID logs, alongside any other governance materials needed to actively manage risk, cost, and quality.

Security Engineer

• Define and own the overall cybersecurity strategy and roadmap for the business
• Establish a security-first culture across engineering and business teams
• Act as the primary security authority and advisor to senior leadership
• Report on security risks and posture to executive leadership and the board

• Own and maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programmes

Compliance

• Design, implement, and evolve the company’s global compliance framework across all relevant jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain policies, standards, controls, governance forums, and reporting routines.
• Lead enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and maintain the compliance risk register.
• Define monitoring, testing, and issue-management processes to identify, escalate, and remediate compliance gaps.
• Provide regular reporting to the Head of Legal and executive team on compliance risks, incidents, trends, and remediation progress.
• Oversee the company’s compliance approach to data protection and privacy requirements — including GDPR and other applicable privacy obligations — in partnership with Legal and Security.
• Act as the senior GRC lead for customer due diligence, regulated-sector questionnaires, control reviews, and audit requests.
• Build and oversee the compliance aspects of third-party risk management — including vendor assessments, subprocessors, outsourcing controls, and ongoing monitoring.
• Oversee GRC readiness for external assurance frameworks and certifications, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related control programmes.
• Provide compliance input into new products, AI-related use cases, commercial initiatives, customer contracts, and market expansion plans.

• Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints — website, email, sales decks, and collateral.
• Produce high-quality sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, brochures, product videos, objection-handling guides, and FAQs that support every stage of the sales cycle.
• Maintain regular updates of competitive battlecards, objection-handling guidance, and positioning materials in response to market shifts.
• Define and evolve beqom’s USPs in collaboration with Product, ensuring they resonate with buyer needs and market dynamics.
• Create monthly analysis and progress reports on product marketing activity, with clear metrics and KPIs.
