About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies
- Create compelling, differentiated product messaging tailored to distinct buyer groups
- Develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with demand generation on execution
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Produce high-quality sales assets including pitch decks and brochures
- Maintain updates of competitive battlecards and objection-handling guidance
- Define and evolve beqom’s USPs in collaboration with Product
- Create monthly analysis and progress reports on product marketing activity
- Design and deliver field enablement programmes that support product launches
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams for successful product launches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B tech
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys
- Demonstrable experience crafting messaging and supporting go-to-market for portfolio products
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning
- Strong customer-centric mindset
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in the HR tech space or selling into HR and Finance buyers (bonus)
- Fluent in French (bonus)
