About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
- Engage senior HR, Finance, and business leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and progress pipeline
- Continuously test new approaches, messaging, and tools to improve results
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
- Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your pipeline
- Based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week
- Bonus points if you: Are curious about AI and enjoy exploring new tools and ways of working
- Have experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, or similar sales technologies
- Enjoy testing, learning, and improving your approach based on results.
