Lead one of Benifex's most critical product pillars, responsible for 8 squads and multiple products

Build a product vision and strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with Benifex goals and an exceptional customer experience
Drive adoption and depth by creating product experiences that increase penetration across the employee base and encourage multi-product usage
Develop and coach a product team to obsess over customers, innovate, move quickly and ultimately enjoy their work
Champion a seamless, integrated experience across the product suite, balancing usability, performance, and scalability
Communicate effectively: get people inspired by the product vision and share the right context with the right people at the right time
Embed AI thinking: identify and deliver opportunities where AI and automation can add real, differentiated value to users
Play a key part in scaling Benifex from 5 million to 50 million users globally
Participate in product leadership and cross-functional collaboration to align product, engineering and business goals
Requirements
Experience working in best in class product organisations, either companies that have reached scale (Google, Booking.com, Uber, Deliveroo, JustEAT) or high growth startups
Experience in building out a global suite of products, responsible for the product strategy and taking products from 1 to 10
Extensive experience in global product management in the B2B SaaS sector (leading multiple products across multiple markets/regions)
Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-calibre product organizations (leading 5+ squads/product managers)
Experience embedding AI across products and building AI enhanced features
Building a multi-market product, with a proven ability to balance priorities across geographies
You have good judgement, and you’re able to make good decisions in complex situations where there’s often no “right answer”
Obsesses over engagement, retention, and long-term value creation - not output. Comfortable defining and owning KPIs across multiple squads.
You’re a great storyteller, who can motivate, energise and inspire people towards a common goal
You can get hands-on, when necessary, to fill gaps - in people or experience - and set a practical example for what great looks like
